popular tweets by "strangers"

I'd love for you to create a tab/page for viewing popular tweets by people I DON'T follow. This way, I won't see tweets I've ALREADY read in my twitter stream. It would be a cleaner way to expose me to "new talent". Or at least, new to me.

You already know who I am, because I'm logged in to my twitter account. Could you pull the list of my followees and filter by that?

The leaderboard tab includes *all* popular tweets. It includes those tweets I've previously read because I already follow @sween. :-)
